Our Curriculum Overview

A Commitment to Excellence

At Rehoboth EduCare, we are proud to pioneer a blended approach that combines the UK’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework with Nigeria’s National Policy on Education (NPE) curriculum. This unique model ensures that children benefit from international best practices in early childhood education while also staying connected to Nigeria’s educational goals, culture, and identity.

From the EYFS, we adopt a child-centred, play-based philosophy that focuses on the seven areas of learning and development. From the NPE curriculum, we integrate language, numeracy, cultural awareness, physical and social development, ensuring children are grounded in values and skills relevant to Nigeria. Together, this creates a rich, balanced, and holistic curriculum that prepares children not only for school readiness but also for life readiness, with confidence, creativity, and a strong sense of identity.

How it follows the curriculum: Children engage in stories, songs, conversations, and role play to strengthen speaking and listening skills (EYFS), while also being grounded in local languages and oral traditions (NPE).
